I continue to learn the value of community initiatives from my perspective as retired businessperson and a budding social catalyst. I am excited to have become involved with local, national and global entities whose missions range from local hands-on to global "heads-together" around programs to improve our communities.

From my earliest international experience, as a graduate in history, economics and languages, through my careers as international banker and cross-border entrepreneur, I have learned that good ideas gain momentum and are sustainable when they grow organically. Having traveled widely in my roles as corporate executive, international salesman and now as community organizer, my network includes business people, social engineers, government and NGO officials, scholars and educators. Thankfully, my role in these initiatives is still expanding.

"Community Initiatives" describes the situation in which I find myself organizing.  The Community Initiatives in which I wish to be involved include institutions and open-format organizations with focus, contacts and resources to achieve substantial results.
